This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of service and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for Store-Pickup, Curb-side pickup. Pickups are available Tuesday – Sunday, 9am to 8pm.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Scheduled shipping on Orders over Rs. 250 and non-sale items only.

The rates are indicative when checked on 01/01/2023 & the actuals will be payable by you to the delivery agent / as per the fee levied by the service agent / vendor.
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
As our products are totally Natural. It comes with responsibility. We take responsibility until it is dispatched, thereafter it solely depends on your part to take care of the product, keep the dry products away from moisture and cold products to be refrigerated and keep it under 4 degree celsius. This is a combined responsibility we share to ensure we have natural ingredients. Our shared delivery mechanism is controlled by us hence it is safe and we will ensure you receive the product intact and in perfect condition. But for the on-demand delivery service is managed and done by 3rd party service, this responsibility is solely yours. We are here to help you and add convenience to you, at times helping you book this service.
HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: The subscription is custom made as per your needs and as per scheduled delivery schedule. This is a mutually agreed schedule. The costs and other details are based on periodic offers. We (grounded foods LLP) are empowered to withdraw / change the offers anytime.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
No. We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
We ship only on paid confirmation
Shipping is provided only to scheduled locations after invoicing.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
Our shared delivery is sometimes delayed due to the natural process like delay in fermenting/Soaking/Sprouting, or power issues or vehicle break-downs. Your will be posted on any delivery schedule changes on the groups or on our WhatsApp status / website.

Returns & Refunds Policy
RETURNS
We do not take returns as our products are made for you & fresh. We do acknowledge that time there could be damaged in transit. For which you should raise the returns within 24 hrs.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition, Sealed, unopened, unused.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Our products are Perishable goods and few of them should be under certain conditions for it to last the mentioned best before dates.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Batters
- Oils
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is reported/returned more than 24 hrs after delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your wallet, within a 12 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenโt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 26/6, Sompura, Sarjapura, Bengaluru: 562125.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youโll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasnโt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sy. No. 26/6, Sompura Gate, Sarjapura road, Bengaluru: 562125.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
